Request an E-mail Account
We recommend that all of our agents have a brokerage provided email address.
We found that this helps with credibility and adds to your professionalism. However, this is optional. If you would like an brokerage email simply complete the form below.
Please note: Brokerage emails will have an additional monthly technology fee of $10.
Accessing Your E-mail
After you have requested a brokerage email:
You will receive an email from "The Google Workspace" to your personal email address that says, " You have a new Google account for soldbyrh.com"
You will be prompted to sign in and create a new password.
After you created your account, you can begin setting up your e-mail account by customizing your inbox, enabling notification and creating a signature. We have provided more information on signatures are below.
Personal E-mail
If you would rather create your own email account, it is important that your email address is simple and professional. We encourage you to use on of our provided email signatures. We have provided more information on signatures are below.
Instructions to Creating a Signature:
Open Gmail/Mail account
Go to settings
Scroll down to signature
Click "create new"
If you would like, copy and customize the signatures provided in the link below
Select how and when you would like the signature to be used
Be sure to save changes at the bottom
Agent Portal
We've created a portal specially for RH agents. Our portal is designed to be a community space for our agents to connect, seek advice and join discussions.
In the portal, you will also have access to marketing materials and personal and professional development tools that are continuously being updated. We will also use the portal to keep you updated and informed on law and compliance changes that impact the real estate industry.
Accessing the Agent Portal
You can access the portal anytime by going to our website soldbyrh.com
Simply click "Sign In" on the top right corner of the page.
DotLoop Transaction Management
We provide Dot Loop as a transaction system that will allow you to easily manage all of your transactions in one spot.
In Dot Loop, you will create transactions (aka Loops) . All of the contracts and forms that you will need for your transactions are accessible as fillable templates. You can send documents out for electronic signatures and share documents with anyone who is a part of that transaction (like agents and attorneys)
In another section, we will go into depth on how to effectively use DotLoop.
For right now, let's set up your account
You should have received an email that says "Allia Graham set up an account for you on dotloop"
Click "Get Started"
Create your account by adding an email and creating a password
Add a two-factor authentication method to keep your account safe
Copy and save your recovery code in a safe spot.
Lastly, you will be asked to verify your email address.
Once all these steps are complete, you DotLoop account is ready for use.
