As a real estate agent, you are going to hear these two acronyms often: MLS and NARS.
The MLS is the Multiple Listing Service. It is a database of properties that real estate agents collaborate to create. The MLS is where seller agents list properties for sale and where buyer agents searches for properties.
In a later section, we are going to show you how to navigate, list and find properties on the MLS.
NARS is the National Association of Realtors. It is a professional organization that is valuable for asset for real estate agents because of the resources and is seen as prestige among real estate agents and clients because of the strict code of ethics that NAR members agree to abide. As a RH Agent, you are required to be a member.
